Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Organisasi Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL) dalam Mewujudkan Program Lansia Tangguh Di Desa Undar Andir Kecamatan Kragilan Kabupaten Serang, untuk kegiatan ini penelitian mengkaji masalah (1) Bagaimana Peran Organisasi Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL) dalam Mewujudkan Program Lansia Tangguh di Desa Undar Andir Kecamatan Kragilan Kabupaten Serang, (2) Bagaimana Hasil Peran Organisasi Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL) dalam Mewujudkan Program Lansia Tangguh di Desa Undar Andir Kecamatan Kragilan Kabupaten Serang, (3) Apa sajakah faktor Pendukung dan Penghambat Peran Organisasi Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL) dalam Mewujudkan Program Lansia Tangguh di Desa Undar Andir Kecamatan Kragilan Kabupaten Serang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah guna mendeskripsikan Peran Organisasi Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL) dalam Mewujudkan Program Lansia Tangguh di Desa Undar Andir Kecamatan Kragilan Kabupaten Serang, mendeskripsikan Hasil Peran Organisasi Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL) dalam Mewujudkan Program Lansia Tangguh di Desa Undar Andir Kecamatan Kragilan Kabupaten Serang, serta mendeskripsikan faktor Pendukung dan Penghambat Peran Organisasi Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL) dalam Mewujudkan Program Lansia Tangguh di Desa Undar Andir Kecamatan Kragilan Kabupaten Serang. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini ialah deskriptif dengan kualitatif, dimana data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, sumber data penelitian yaitu dua Kader BKL dan lima keluarga lansia. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Peran Organisasi Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL) dalam Mewujudkan Program Lansia Tangguh di Desa Undar Andir Kecamatan Kragilan Kabupaten Serang, yaitu mengumpulkan lansia, mendata lansia dan memberikan pembinaan. (2) Hasil Peran Organisasi Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL) dalam Mewujudkan Program Lansia Tangguh di Desa Undar Andir Kecamatan Kragilan Kabupaten Serang, yaitu menjadikan lansia yang sehat, menjadikan lansia yang produktif dan menjadikan lansia yang mandiri. (3) faktor Pendukung dan Penghambat Peran Organisasi Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL) dalam Mewujudkan Program Lansia Tangguh yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan, keluarga dan umur lansia.

The purpose of this study is to describe the role of the Elderly Family Development Organization (BKL) in Realizing the Resilient Elderly Program in Undar Andir Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency, describing the Results of the Role of the Elderly Family Development Organization (BKL) in Realizing the Tangguh Elderly Program in Undar Andir Village, Kragilan District Serang Regency, as well as describing the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors of the Role of the Organization of Elderly Families (BKL) in Realizing the Resilient Elderly Program in Undar Andir Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency. The method used by the author in this study is descriptive with qualitative, where data obtained from interviews, the source of research data are two BKL cadres and five elderly families. The results showed that (1) The Role of the Organization of the Elderly Family Development (BKL) in Realizing the Resilient Elderly Program in Undar Andir Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency, which is gathering the elderly, registering the elderly and providing guidance. (2) The Results of the Role of the Organization of Elderly Family Development (BKL) in Realizing the Resilient Elderly Program in Undar Andir Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency, which is to make healthy elderly people, make productive elderly people and make independent elderly people. (3) Supporting factors and obstacles to the role of the Organization of the Elderly Family Development (BKL) in Realizing the Resilient Elderly Program, namely the lack of knowledge, family and age of the elderly.
