Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan kelayakan multimedia interaktif berbasis articulate storyline pada materi gelombang bunyi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah Research and Development (R&D) yang mengacu pada model pengembangan 4-D (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate). Hasil dari media yang dikembangkan ialah Multimedia Interaktif berbasis Articulate Stroyline yang dikemas dalam bentuk HTML5. Melalui validasi ahli yang dilakukan oleh dua dosen dan satu guru diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 90% dengan kategori sangat valid. Berdasarkan uji coba terbatas yang dilakukan di SMA Mitra Persada Kabupaten Serang diperoleh persentase rata-rata respon peserta didik sebesar 90% dengan kategori sangat baik, sedangkan pada respon guru persentase rata-rata yang diperoleh yaitu 81% dengan kategori baik. Dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Multimedia Interaktif Berbasis Articulate Storyline mampu digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi gelombang bunyi.

Additional Information: This research aimed to discover the characteristics and feasibility of Interactive multimedia based on an articulate storyline for sound wave material. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) was centered on the 4-D model (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate). The result of the developed media was Interactive Multimedia based on an Articulate Storyline packaged in HTML5 format. Through expert validation carried out by two lecturers and one teacher, an average score of 90% was obtained with a very valid category. Based on a field trial at SMA Mitra Persada Serang district, the average percentage of student responses was 90% with a very good category, while the average percentage of teacher response was 81% with a good category. These results were indicated that Interactive Multimedia based on an Articulate Storyline can be used as a learning medium for sound wave material.
