Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gaya Kepemimpinan Ibu Rohaeti dan Ibu Sarti sebagai Kepala Desa Perempuan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Gaya kepemimpinan Ibu Rohaeti dan Ibu Sarti. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan Observasi, wawancara dan dokumen yang mendukung penelitian ini. Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori Pengukuran gaya kepemimpinan menurut Gibson yang menggunakan 5 indikator pengukuran gaya kepemimpinan diantaranya Karisma, Pengaruh Ideal, Menginspirasi, Stimulasi Intelektual dan perhatian individu. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Ibu Rohaeti memiliki gaya kepemimpinan Transaksional karena kepemimpinannya tidak berkarisma, pemberian hadiah sebagai bentuk stimulant kepada pegawai, keputusannya dipengaruhi oleh orang lain. sedangkan ibu Sarti memiliki gaya kepemimpinan Trasformasional karena kepemimpinannya berkarisma, menginspirasi, memiliki pengaruh ideal. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi gaya kepemimpinan kedua Kepala Desa perempuan tersebut berdasarkan temuan data hasil dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan di Desa Wanasalam dan Desa Cilangkap peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa faktor umur (Usia), latar belakang pendidikan dan juga kepribadian/pengalaman masa lalu yang mempengaruhi gaya kepemimpinan keduanya saat memimpin. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah Ibu Rohaeti beliau bisa dengan tegas mengambil kebijakan tanpa terpengaruh oleh orang lain, dan apabila menegur, mengajarkan serta mengkritik bawahan sebaiknya tidak di sembarang tempat karena akan menimbulkan tidak percayaan diri dari bawahan, sedangkan Ibu Sarti sebaiknya ketika bawahan tidak dapat menyelesaikan tugas yang di berikan secara benar tidak seharusnya langsung memberikan tugas tersebut ke bawahan yang lainya, alangkah lebih baiknya apabila bawahan tersebut di pandu atau di bantu rekan lainya dalam penyelesaian tugasnya.

| Additional Information: | This Research aims to determine the leadership style of Mrs. Rohaeti and Mrs.Sarti as female village heads and the factors that influence the leadership style ofMrs. Rohaeti and Mrs. Sarti. This Research uses a qualitative approach with adescriptive method. The data collection technique used is by conductingobservations, interviews and documents that support this research. The theoryused is the theory of leadership style measurement according to Gibson whichuses 5 indicators of leadership style measurement including charisma, idealinfluence, inspiration, intellectual stimulation and individual attention. Based onthe data analysis, it was concluded that Ms. Rohaeti has a Transactionalleadership style because her leadership is not charismatic, giving gifts as a form of stimulant to employees, her decisions are influenced by other people. while IbuSarti has a transformational leadership style because her leadership ischarismatic, inspiring, and has ideal influence.The factors that influence theleadership style of the two female Village Heads are based on data findings from interviews, observations and documentation conducted in Wanasalam Village and Cilangkap Village, the researcher concludes that the factors of age (age),educational background and personality/past experience which affect the leadership style of both when leading.Suggestions in this study are Mrs. Rohaetishe can firmly take policies without being influenced by others, and whenreprimanding, teaching and criticizing subordinates should not be in any placebecause it will cause self-confidence from subordinates, while Ibu Sarti should bewhen subordinates are unable to complete tasks that are given correctly should not directly give the task to other subordinates, it would be better if thesubordinates were guided or assisted by other colleagues in completing theirtasks. | |||||||||
