Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of extrinsic motivation (X1), Preventive Discipline (X2), and physical work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y) PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banten Utara. The method used in this research is quantitative and qualitative. The sampling technique used the nonprobability sampling method with a saturated sampling type of 131 respondents. In data analysis techniques, using a model test with the smartPLS 3.0 analysis tool which consists ofouter modeland inner models. The results of this study indicate that: 1) extrinsic motivation on employee performance is valuedthe t-statistic value that is greater than the t-table is equal to (5.655) > (1.96) with a p-value of (0.000) < (0.05), the higher the extrinsic motivation, the employee's performance will increase. 2) Preventive Discipline on employee performance obtained a t-statistic value that is greater than t-table, namely (2.639) > (1.96) with a p-value of (0.009) < (0.05), the higher the preventive discipline , employee performance will increase. 3) The physical work environment on employee performance obtained a t-statistic value that was greater than t-table, namely (4.885) > (1.96) with a P value of (0.000) < (0.05), the better the environment physical work, employee performance will increase. Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi ekstrinsik (X1), Disiplin Preventif (X2), Dan lingkungan kerja fisik (X3) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banten Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kauntitatif dan kuasalitas. Teknik pengambilan sempel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling dengan jenis sampling jenuh berjumlah 131 responden. Pada teknik analisis data, menggunakan uji model dengan alat analisis smartPLS 3.0 yang terdiri atas outer model dan inner model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : 1) motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja pegawai didapatkan nilai nilai t-statistik yang lebih besar dari t-tabel yaitu sebesar (5,655) > (1,96) dengan nilai p value yaitu ( 0,000) < (0,05), maka semakin tinggi motivasi ekstrinsik, kinerja pegawai akan semakin meningkat. 2) Disiplin Preventif terhadap kinerja pegawai didapatkan nilai t-statistik yang lebih besar dari t-tabel yaitu sebesar (2,639) > (1,96) dengan nilai p value yaitu (0,009) < (0,05), maka semakin tinggi disiplin preventif, kinerja pegawai akan semakin meningkat. 3) Lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai didapatkan nilai t-statistik yang lebih besar dari t-tabel yaitu sebesar (4,885) > (1,96) dengan nilai P value yaitu (0,000) < (0,05), maka semakin baik lingkungan kerja fisik, kinerja pegawai akan semakin meningkat.
