Abstract

Wahyu Rachmawati / 5551180100 / Department of Management / Faculty of Economics and Business / Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University / The Influence of Transformational Leadership, Job Training and Intrinsic Motivation on Production Employee Performance at PT PZ Cussons Indonesia. / Under the guidance of Dr. H. Wawan Prahiawan, S.E., M.M. and Ipan Hilmawan, S.E., M.M. This study aims to analyze the effect of the study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, job training and intrinsic motivation on production employee performance at PT PZ Cussons Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative method with the saturated sample consisted of 95 respondents. The variables used by researchers are transformational leadership, job training and intrinsic motivation as independent variables and employee performance as dependent variable. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis method, measurement model analysis method, structural model analysis method and partial test (t-test) using the Smart Partial Least Square Version 3.0 (SmartPLS) program. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of t-count 2,980 > t-table 1,96 and a significance level of 0.003 <0.05, job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of t-count 2,979 > t-table 1,96 and a significance level of 0.003 < 0.05, intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of t-count 11,201 > t-table 1,96 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis sampel jenuh sejumlah 95 responden. Variabel yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah kepemimpinan transformasional, pelatihan kerja dan motivasi intrinsik sebagai variabel independen, variabel kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis statistik deskriptif, metode analisis model pengukuran, metode analisis model struktural dan uji parsial (uji t) dengan menggunakan program Smart Partial Least Square Versi 3.0 (SmartPLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil t-hitung 2,980 > ttabel 1,96 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05, pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil t hitung 2,979 > t-tabel 1,96 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05, motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil t-hitung 11,201 > t-tabel 1,96 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.
