Abstract
This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in the cognitive domain. So it is necessary to know the factors that can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes. Interest in learning, self-efficacy and critical thinking skills influence mathematics learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interest in learning and self-efficacy directly and indirectly through critical thinking skills on students' learning outcomes in mathematics. This research method is quantitative with a correlational approach. The sample of this research is 144 students in the seventh grade of Junior Highschool 1 of Tangerang. The research instrument used: (1) interest in learning questionnaire, (2) self-efficacy questionnaire, and (3) critical thinking ability test. Data were analyzed by path analysis. The results showed that: (1) interest in learning effect the mathematics learning outcomes for seventh-grade junior high school students by 28.1%, (2) self-efficacy effect the mathematics learning outcomes in the seventh-grade junior high school by 16.5%, (3) critical thinking ability effect the mathematics learning outcomes for seventh-grade junior high school students by 39.2%, (4) learning interest effect the critical thinking skills of seventh-grade junior high school students by 31.2%, (5) self-efficacy effect the critical thinking skills of seventh-grade junior high school students by 30.1%, (6) interest in learning affects mathematics learning outcomes through critical thinking abilities of seventh-grade junior high school students by 12.2%, and (7) self-efficacy affects mathematics learning outcomes through the critical thinking skills of seventh-grade junior high school students by 11.8%.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar matematika peserta didik pada ranah kognif. Sehingga perlu diketahui faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik. Minat belajar, efikasi diri, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis diyakini mampu berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar dan efikasi diri secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu 144 peserta didik kelas VII SMPN 1 Tangerang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan: (1) angket minat belajar, (2) angket efikasi diri, (3) tes kemampuan berpikir kritis. Data dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) minat belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik SMP kelas VII sebesar 28,1%, (2) efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik SMP kelas VII sebesar 16,5%, (3) kemampuan berpikir kritis berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik SMP kelas VII sebesar 39,2%, (4) minat belajar berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik SMP kelas VII sebesar 31,2%, (5) efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik SMP kelas VII sebesar 30,1%, (6) minat belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika melalui kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik SMP kelas VII sebesar 12,2%, (7) efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika melalui kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik SMP kelas VII sebesar 11,8%. | |||||||||
