Abstract

ABSTRACT NURAZIZAH JAMIL, 2014. ANALYSIS OF COSTS AND FARM INCOME SEED PADDY RICE (ORYZA SATIVA), UNDER THE GUIDANCE SULAENI AND NANANG KRISDIANTO. Paddy rice seed research aims to determine the total cost of production of one hectare of the season, the amount of income to the extent where the breakeven point (BEP) is reached and the efficiency or feasibility of seed paddy rice farming. This research was conducted in the Village District of Cimanuk Pandeglang Dalembalar Banten province, as the region is one of the most rural farmers cultivating paddy rice seed, the study was conducted using a survey method. The data collected consisted of primary data and secondary data. Sampling was done by census or using saturated samples (samples taken overall) as many as 20 farmers as respondents. From the research it can be seen that the total cost of production of paddy rice farming seed pe hectare per season in the Village District of Cimanuk Dalembalar Pandeglang is Rp12.429.121 and receipts obtained by RP 24.000.000 the opinion obtained by farmers, namely RP 11.570.879. Break-even point (BEP) occurs when the production of 717.61 kg with sales of USD 5.740.854,88 and a land area of 0.24 hectares. RC Ratio of seed paddy rice farming in the Village District of Cimanuk Dalembalar Pandeglang is 1,93 so the seed paddy farming categorized efficiency or worth the effort because the R/C ratio > 1.
