Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has created changing learning patterns, students and teachers have changed along with changes in learning patterns, but over time the decline in COVID-19 cases has led to the opening of face-to-face learning by adapting new habits after the pandemic. This study has a purpose, namely to explain readiness in implementing new post-pandemic habit adaptation activities in face-to-face learning at Al-Husna Islamic Elementary School, to describe the process of implementing face-to face learning activities during the Post-pandemic period at Al-Husna Islamic Elementary School, and to reveal outputs. obtained in carrying out face-to-face learning activities at Al-Husna Islamic Elementary School. Method used is a descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques using interview, observation, and documentation techniques and using Miles and Huberman's data analysis model consisting of data collection, data presentation, to drawing conclusions. The adaptation of new post-pandemic habits in face-to-face learning conducted by the Al-Husna Islamic Elementary School has fulfilled the readiness based on the 4 Ministerial SKB regulations, in the face-to-face learning process it is also seen that the interaction between teachers and students can be maximized, and the output is also better. The results obtained in face-to-face learning also show that students show disciplined character, curiosity, responsibility with face-to face learning, students can be more active in learning.

Additional Information: Pandemi Covid-19 membuat pola pembelajaran yang berubah-ubah, peserta didik dan guru berubah seiring dengan perubahan pola pembelajaran namun seiring berjalan waktu penurunan kasus covid-19 yang menurun menjadikan terbukanya pembelajaran tatap muka dengan berlaku pula adaptasi kebiasaan baru pasca pandemi. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk menjelaskan kesiapan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan adaptasi kebisaaan baru pasca pandemi pada pembelajaran tatap muka di SD Islam Al-Husna, untuk mendeskripsikan proses pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran tatap muka pada masa Pasca Pandemi di SD Islam Al-Husna, dan untuk mengungkapkan output yang didapat dalam menjalankan kegiatan pembelajaran tatap muka di SD Islam Al-Husna. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi dan menggunakan model analisis data Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, penyajian data, hingga penarikan kesimpulan. Adaptasi kebiasaan baru pasca pandemi pada pembelajaran tatap muka yang dilakukan sekolah SD Islam Al-Husna telah memenuhi kesiapan yang berlandaskan pada peraturan SKB 4 Menteri, dalam proses pembelajaran tatap muka pun terlihat bahwa interaksi antara guru dengan peserta didik dapat lebih maksimal, dan pula output yang didapat dalam pembelajaran tatap muka pun terlihat bahwa peserta didik menunjukkan karakter disiplin, rasa ingin tahu, bertanggung jawab dengan pembelajaran tatap muka pun peserta didik dapat lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran.
