Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi (X1), Komunikasi (X2), dan Disiplin Kerja (X3) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) pada Departemen Produksi PT. Tujuh Sumber Berkah Pandeglang, Dalam Penlitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah karytaawan 120 sampel diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 40 orang seluruh karyawan Departemen Produksi PT. Tujuh Sumber Berkah Pandeglang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh yaitu semua anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan kuesioner berupa pernyataan,serta Teknik data menggunakan IBM Spss Versi 25. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu: Pertama,. variabel independen Motivasi (X1) terhadap variabel dependen kinerja karyawan (Y) nilai t- hitung sebesar 2,237 > t-tabel 2,028 dan memiliki tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,014 < 0,05. berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kedua, variabel independen komunikasi (X2) terhadap variabel dependen kinerja karyawan (Y) nilai t- hitung sebesar 2,146 > t-tabel 2,028 dan memiliki tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,039 < 0,05. Berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Ketiga, variabel independent Disiplin Kerja (X3) terhadap variabel dependen kinerja karyawan (Y) nilai t- hitung sebesar 2,422 > t-tabel 2,028 dan memiliki tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,006 < 0,05 Berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan
