Abstract
Expression of emotion as an act of conveying one's emotional state in the form of readiness to respond to an emergency when one reacts dan responds to a situation. The purpose of this study was to describe the ability of adolescent emotional expression dan the influence of pop musik media in group guidance on adolescent emotional expression. The method used is pre-experimental quantitative research, with a one group pre-test dan post-test design. The research sample used a purposive sampling technique with the characteristics of: MTsN 5 Serang students, male or female, aged 14-15 years, had problems in expressing emotions, had less harmonious family relationships, were in the category of low emotional expression, willing to participate treatment process, physically dan mentally healthy. There are 7 samples of students who meet the criteria. Data was collected using a measuring scale of emotional expression with four aspects, namely: motion cues, facial cues, verbal expression dan control with a reliability value of 0.774. This study uses the Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test dan hypothesis testing using the Wilcoxon test. The results of the normality test, the pre-test value is 0.020 dan the post-test value is 0.200*, the pre-test value is less than 0.05, then the data comes from an abnormal distribution. Wilcoxon test shows the value of Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.018, the value is smaller than 0.05, so the hypothesis is accepted (Ha). There is a difference in the level of emotional expression before dan after the group guidance treatment was carried out using pop musik media. It can be concluded that the use of pop musik media affects the emotional expression of teenagers. Keywords: Expression of Emotions, Teenagers, Pop Musik , Group Guidance

| Additional Information: | Pengekspresian emosi sebagai sebuah tindakan penyampaian keadaan emosional seseorang dalam bentuk kesiapan merespon keadaan darurat saat seseorang bereaksi dan menanggapi situasi. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai gambaran kemampuan pengekspresian emosi remaja dan pengaruh media musik pop dalam bimbingan kelompok terhadap pengekspresian emosi remaja. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif pra-eksperimen, dengan desain one group pre-test dan post- test. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan karakteristik yaitu : Siswa-siswi MTsN 5 Serang, laki laki atau perempuan, usia 14-15 tahun, memiliki permasalahan dalam pengekspresian emosi, memiliki hubungan keluarga yang kurang harmonis, berada pada kategori pengekspresian emosi rendah, bersedia mengikuti proses treatmen, sehat jasmani dan rohani. Terdapat 7 sampel siswa yang memenuhi kriteria. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala ukur ekspresi emosi dengan empat aspek yaitu: isyarat gerak, isyarat wajah, pengungkapan kata-kata dan kontrol dengan nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0.774. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas kolmogorov smirnov dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil uji normalitas nilai pre-test sebesar 0.020 dan nilai post-test 0.200*, nilai pre-test lebih kecil dari 0.05 maka data berasal dari distribusi tidak normal. Uji wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.018, nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 0.05, sehingga hipotesis diterima (Ha). Terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengekspresian emosi sebelum dan setelah dilaksanakan treatmen bimbingan kelompok menggunakan media musik pop.
