Abstract

Various efforts are made by the government to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. One of them is to make updates to the curriculum. The educational curriculum implemented by the government today is the simplified 2013 Curriculum and contains provisions for the application of a scientific approach. As an effort to support the implementation of learning based on a scientific approach, appropriate teaching materials are needed. This study aims to develop an interactive E-module based on a scientific approach to stoichiometry material, analyze the feasibility of an interactive E-module based on a scientific approach to stoichiometry material and analyze students' responses to the use of interactive E-modules based on a scientific approach to stoichiometry material. The research method used in this study is the ADDIE model (analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate). The data collection instruments used are media and material feasibility test questionnaires and student response questionnaires. The E-module feasibility test was carried out by 1 chemistry education lecturer and 6 chemistry teachers and analyzed using the content validity test of Aiken's V. Validation results by media experts obtained a V count of 0.90 with a valid category and validation results by material experts obtained a calculated V of 0.80 with a valid category. The results of the student response test with small group trials got an average assessment percentage of 98.50% with a very practical category.

Additional Information: Berbagai upaya dilakukan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Salah satunya adalah melakukan pembaharuan terhadap kurikulum. Kurikulum pendidikan yang diterapkan pemerintah saat ini adalah Kurikulum 2013 yang disederhanakan dan di dalamnya termuat ketentuan penerapan pendekatan saintifik. Sebagai upaya untuk mendukung terlaksananya pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan saintifik, dibutuhkan bahan ajar yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-modul interaktif berbasis pendekatan saintifik pada materi stoikiometri, menganalisis kelayakan E-modul interaktif berbasis pendekatan saintifik pada materi stoikiometri dan menganalisis respon siswa terhadap penggunaan E-modul interaktif berbasis pendekatan saintifik pada materi stoikiometri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu model ADDIE (analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate). Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket uji kelayakan media dan materi serta angket respon siswa. Uji kelayakan E-modul dilakukan oleh 1 orang dosen pendidikan kimia dan 6 orang guru kimia dan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas isi Aiken’s V. Hasil validasi oleh ahli media memperoleh V hitung sebesar 0.90 dengan kategori valid dan hasil validasi oleh ahli materi memperoleh V hitung sebesar 0.80 dengan kategori valid. Hasil uji respon siswa dengan uji coba kelompok kecil mendapatkan rata-rata persentase penilaian sebesar 98.50% dengan kategori sangat praktis.
