Abstract

Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Krakatau Jasa Logistik yang berjumlah 60 Orang pada Back Office Kantor Pusat. Sampel penelitian 60 responden dengan sampel jenuh sesuai dengan jumlah populasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan analisis deskriptif, validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan alat Uji SmartPLS (Smart Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1) Tidak Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Additional Information: The population used is all employees of PT. Krakatau Logistics Services, amounting to 60 people at the Head Office Back Office. The research sample was 60 respondents with a saturated sample according to the population. The research method used is descriptive analysis, validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the SmartPLS (Smart Partial Least Square) test tool. The results showed that: 1) There is no positive and significant influence between Leadership Style on Employee Performance. 2) There is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance. 3) There is a significant positive influence between motivation on employee performance.
