Abstract

This research raises data, facts and reality. The problems raised focused on the inconsistency of motivation, communication, and competence and learning achievement of class ten students. The goal is to improve the quality of learning can be done by motivating students in learning, building insssteractive communication, and developing competencies as learning outcomes achieved by students. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The population is 137 students using Probability Sampling and Cluster Random Sampling. Thus, obtained a sample of 58 respondents. The data collected used the approach of Observation, Questionnaire and Documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that motivation had a significant effect on learning achievement in sociology subjects in class ten students at SMAN 1 Pandeglang. Communication had a significant effect on learning achievement in sociology subjects in class ten students at SMAN 1 Pandeglang. Competence has a significant effect on learning achievement in sociology subjects in class ten students at SMAN 1 Pandeglang. Motivation, communication, and competence had a simultaneous effect on learning achievement.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini mengangkat data, fakta dan realita. Masalah yang di angkat terfokus pada inkonsistensi motivasi, komunikasi, dan kompetensi serta prestasi belajar siswa kelas x. Tujuannya guna meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dapat di lakukan dengan cara memotivasi peserta didik dalam belajar, membangun komunikasi secara interaktif, dan mengembangkan kompetensi sebagai hasil belajar yang dicapai oleh peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Adapun Populasi sebanyak 137 Peserta Didik dengan menggunakan Probability Sampling dan Cluster Random Sampling. Sehingga, di peroleh sampel sebanyak 58 responden. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan pendekatan Observasi, Kuesioner dan Dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian dapat di simpulkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran sosiologi pada siswa kelas X di SMAN 1 pandeglang. Komunikasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran sosiologi pada siswa kelas X di SMAN 1 pandeglang. Kompetensi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran sosiologi pada siswa kelas X di SMAN 1 pandeglang. Motivasi, komunikasi, dan kompetensi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap prestasi belajar.
