Abstract
This research is motivated by the lack of use of learning media in teaching and learning activities. This study aims to develop an interesting learning media by utilizing technological tools. This research uses research and development research and development (R & D) methods. The resulting media is an interactive multimedia-based E-Book. This research was conducted at SDN 2 Bayah Barat with the research subject, namely the fourth grade students, totaling 28 people. The researcher uses a research method that refers to the Borg and Gall development model that has been modified by Sugiyono. The procedure used by the researcher is, only 6 stages. To test the feasibility of the media developed by the researchers, the researchers first validated it with a team of media experts, material experts, and linguists. Based on the results of data analysis from the 6 validators, the interactive multimedia-based E-Book media developed by the researcher is included in the "Very Eligible" category with an average percentage value of 84.37% while the results of the analysis of student response data get an average value with a percentage of 82.04% and categorized "Very Good. So it can be concluded that this interactive multimedia-based E-Book learning media is very feasible and can be used. Keywords: E-Book Media, Interactive Multimedia, Reading Ability.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah media pembelajaran yang menarik dengan cara memanfaatkan alat teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan Research and Development (R & D). media yang dihasilkan yaitu berupa E-Book berbasis multimedia interaktif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN 2 Bayah Barat dengan subjek penelitian, yaitu peserta didik kelas IV yang berjumlah 28 orang. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian yang mengacu pada model pengembangan Borg dan Gall yang sudah dimodivikasi oleh Sugiyono. Adapun prosedur yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu, hanya 6 tahapan. Untuk menguji kelayakan media yang dikembangkan peneliti, maka peneliti melakukan validasi terlebih dahulu dengan para tim ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli bahasa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dari ke 6 validator, media E-Book berbasis multimedia interaktif yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Layak” dengan nilai rata-rata presentase sebesar 84,37 % sedangkan hasil analisis data respons peserta didik memperoleh nilai rata-rata dengan presentase sebesar 82,04 % dan dikategorikan “Sangat Baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran E-Book berbasis multimedia interaktif ini sangat layak dan dapat digunakan.
