Abstract
This research aims to find out how the efforts of the Tangerang City Communication and Information Office in supporting educational services in the Tangerang City, to find out the reactions / responses of the Tangerang City community, especially Tangerang Live Application users with educational services on the Tangerang Live Application, and to find out the factors that influence the Tangerang Live Application. become the driving force and obstacle for the Tangerang City government, especially Diskominfo, in carrying out education services. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants from this research are from the Tangerang City Communication and Information Office, Tangerang City Education Office, and the Tangerang City Community. The efforts made by the Tangerang City Communication and Information Office, in terms of supporting educational services in the Tangerang City, first are collaborating with the Tangerang City Education Office, the second is by optimizing the available resources, the third is providing an introduction to the people of the Tangerang City. Most of the people of Tangerang City strongly agree and support the existence of educational services on the Tangerang Live Application. The driving factors for the continuity of education services on the Tangerang Live Application, firstly there is a clear goal and there is some support from various, there are also inhibiting factors, including a lot of public ignorance of the existence of educational services on the Tangerang Live Application, as well as very high maintenance costs.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Tangerang dalam menunjang pelayanan pendidikan di Kota Tangerang, untuk mengetahui reaksi/respon masyarakat Kota Tangerang terutama para pengguna Aplikasi Tangerang Live dengan adanya layanan pendidikan pada Aplikasi Tangerang Live, serta untuk mengetahui Faktor Faktor yang menjadi pendorong dan penghambat pemerintah Kota Tangerang terutama Diskominfo dalam menjalanankan layanan pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Informan dari penelitian ini yaitu dari pihak Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Tangerang, Dinas Pendidikan Kota Tangerang, serta Masyarakat Kota Tangerang. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Tangerang, dalam hal menunjang pelayanan pendidikan di Kota Tangerang, pertama yaitu bekerjasama dengan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Tangerang, kedua yaitu dengan pengoptimalan sumber daya yang tersedia, ketiga yaitu memberikan pengenalan kepada masyarakat Kota Tangerang. Sebagian besar masyarakat Kota Tangerang sangat setuju dan mendukung dengan adanya layanan pendidikan pada Aplikasi Tangerang Live. Faktor pendorong keberlangsungan layanan pendidikan pada Aplikasi Tangerang Live, pertama terdapat tujuan yang jelas serta terdapat beberapa dukungan dari berbagai, terdapat pula faktor penghambat, diantaranya masih banyaknya ketidaktahuan masyarakat dengan adanya layanan pendidikan pada Aplikasi Tangerang Live, serta biaya pemeliharaan yang sangat tinggi. | |||||||||
