Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh sistem pengukuran kinerja strategis terhadap strategi bersaing yang dimediasi kemampuan organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, data yang digunakan menggunakan data primer dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner untuk memperoleh informasi dari responden yaitu middle manager yang bekerja pada hotel di Provinsi Banten. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) Path Modelling dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 2.0. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) sistem pengukuran kinerja strategis berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan organisasi pada dimensi orientasi pasar. 2) Kemampuan organisasi berpengaruh terhadap strategi bersaing pada dimensi inovasi dan pembelajaran organisasi. 3) Sistem pengukuran kinerja strategis berpengaruh terhadap strategi bersaing melalui orientasi pasar dan pembelajaran organisasi. Kata Kunci: Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja Strategis, Kemampuan Organisasi, Orientasi Pasar, Inovasi, Pembelajaran Organisasi, dan Strategi Bersaing.

| Additional Information: | This study aims to examine the effect of the strategic performance measurement system on competitive strategy mediated by organizational capabilities. This research is a type of quantitative research, the data used using primary data and data collection using a questionnaire to obtain information from respondents, namely middle managers who work in hotels in Banten Province.
