Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe the form and function of assertive speech acts in the caption of the @felixsiauw Instagram account. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The source of the research data is the Instagram account caption @felixsiauw. The data was obtained by observing and recording technique. The data were also analyzed using the Miles and Huberman data model analysis technique. The validity data was obtained by triangulation technique. The findings of the data generated in the research on assertive speech acts as a whole collected 59 data. The data included include the function of stating, declarative form, stating, complaining as much, demanding, reporting 49 data, interrogative form, complaining about 5 data, imperative form of function demanding 1 data and exclamative as demanding 4 data. | Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk dan fungsi tindak tutur asertif pada caption akun instagram @felixsiauw. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian adalah caption akun instagram @felixsiauw. Data diperoleh dengan teknik simak dan catat. Data juga dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data model Miles dan Huberman. Keabsahan data diperoleh dengan teknik triangulasi. Temuan data yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian mengenai tindak tutur asertif secara keseluruhan berjumlah 59 data. Data yang termasuk bentuk deklaratif fungsi menyatakan, memberitahukan, menyarankan, membanggakan, mengeluh, menuntut, melaporkan sebanyak 49 data, bentuk interogatif fungsi menyatakan, memberitahukan, mengeluh sebanyak 5 data, bentuk imperatif fungsi menuntut sebanyak 1 data dan bentuk eksklamatif fungsi mengeluh, menuntut sebanyak 4 data.
