Abstract

Gigan Nabil Mubarok, The Influence of Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Work Discipline Using Structural Equation Modeling. Guided by Dr. Dra. H. Putiri Bhuana Katili, MT. and Dr. Sirajuddin, ST., MT. PT Wijaya Karya Beton is a company that produces concrete. PT Wijaya Karya Beton really pay attention to the performance of employees, because if the employee's performance is good it will support the success of a company. Based on field observations, there is data on a decline in production that has not reached the target in the last 2 years, namely from 2020 to 2021, which is caused by one of the factors, namely human resources. In the decline in production caused by human resources, the company agreed to improve employee performance, where the decline in employee performance can be caused by a lack of motivation, satisfaction and work discipline for employees.The purpose of this study is to measure whether work motivation has an effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance, and work discipline has an effect on employee performance. The method of data collection was done through distributing questionnaires with 117 respondents using a five￾point Likert Scale as a measuring tool. The method in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The research results show to measure the influence of Job Motivation on employee performance has a positive and significant effect, measures the effect of Job Satisfaction on employee performance has a positive and significant effect, and measures the influence of Work Discipline on employee performance has a positive and significant. PT Wijaya Karya Beton sangat memperhatikan kinerja karyawan, karena jika kinerja karyawan yang baik maka akan menunjang keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Berdasarkan observasi lapangan bahwa adanya data penurunan dalam produksi yang tidak mencapai target dalam 2 tahun terakhir belakang, yaitu dari tahun 2020 dan 2021 yang disebabkan oleh faktor salah satu nya yaitu sumber daya manusia. Dalam penurunan produksi yang disebabkan oleh sumber daya manusia maka perusahaan sepakat untuk meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan, dimana turunnya Kinerja Karyawan dapat disebabkan dengan adanya kurangnya Motivasi, Kepuasan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengukur apakah Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini untuk mengukur apakah pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dan pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.�
