Abstract
In December 2019, the World Health Organization (WHO) China Country Office reported a case of pneumonia of unknown etiology in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China. The spread of the COVID-19 virus has also reached the territory of Indonesia. In Indonesia itself, the Government's efforts to deal with this virus have been carried out, namely by forming a COVID-19 Task Force (Covid-19 Task Force) which has several programs, one of which is spraying disinfectants on various roads throughout Indonesia. This study aims to determine how the effect of disinfectant liquid immersion on the characteristics of HRS-WC in the Marshall test. There are two treatments, namely the manufacture of normal mixed test specimens, and specimens immersed in disinfectant liquid. For the treatment of specimens immersed in disinfectant liquid, immersion was carried out with variations in the concentration of 100% disinfectant liquid, 75% disinfectant liquid + 25% water, 50% disinfectant liquid + 50% water, and 25% disinfectant liquid + 75% water and variations in immersion time. ,2 and 3 minutes. The results showed that the effect of the length of time soaking in each variation of the level of disinfectant on the optimum asphalt content, namely asphalt content of 7%, which reduces the characteristics at normal levels with the largest decrease occurring in immersion with 100% disinfectant content with a time of 3 minutes. This indicates that variations in disinfectant levels and variations in immersion time have a negative effect on asphalt quality.

Additional Information: | Pada Desember 2019, World Health Organization (WHO) China Country Office melaporkan kasus pneumonia yang tidak diketahui etiologinya di Kota Wuhan, Provinsi Hubei, Cina. Penyebaran virus COVID-19 ini pun sampai ke wilayah Indonesia. Di Indonesia sendiri, upaya Pemerintah untuk menangani virus ini sudah dilakukan, yaitu dengan membentuk Satuan Tugas COVID-19 (Satgas Covid-19) yang memiliki beberapa program, salah satunya yaitu melakukan penyemprotan disinfektan di berbagai ruas jalan di seluruh Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh perendaman cairan disinfektan terhadap karakteristik HRS-WC dalam pengujian Marshall. Ada dua perlakuan yaitu pembuatan benda uji campuran normal, dan benda uji yang direndam cairan disinfektan. Untuk perlakuan benda uji yang direndam cairan disinfektan dilakukan perendaman dengan variasi konsentrasi cairan disinfektan 100%, Cairan Disinfektan 75% + Air 25% , Cairan Disinfektan 50% + Air 50%, dan Cairan Disinfektan 25% + Air 75% serta variasi waktu perendaman 1,2 dan 3 menit. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh lamanya waktu perendaman disetiap variasi kadar disinfektan pada kadar aspal optimum yaitu kadar aspal 7% yaitu menurunkan karakteristik pada kadar normal dengan penurunan terbesar terjadi pada perendaman dengan kadar disinfektan 100% dengan waktu 3 menit. Ini menandakan variasi kadar disinfektan dan variasi waktu perendaman berpengaruh buruk terhadap kualitas aspal. | |||||||||
