Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Culture Control, Leadership Competence, Organizational Culture and Responsiveness to Corporate Performance. The sample in this research is 55 respondents with the sampling technique is purposive sampling of employees at the Islamic Bank in the City of Cilegon. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires directly to the respondents concerned. The analytical method used is the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The data were processed using software Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) version 3. The results of this research revealed that all the independent variables in this study is the Culture Control, Leadership Competence, Organizational Culture and Responsiveness, have a positive effect to Corporate Performance. Additional Information:	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti tentang pengaruh kontrol budaya, kompetensi kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan responsiveness atau daya tanggap terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 55 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling yaitu karyawan pada Bank Syariah di Kota Cilegon. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung kepada responden yang bersangkutan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data dalam penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan software Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) versi 3. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa semua variabel independen dalam penelitian ini yaitu kontrol budaya, kompetensi kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan responsiveness atau daya tanggap berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Kata kunci : Kontrol Budaya, Kompetensi Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Responsiveness dan Kinerja Perusahaan.
