Abstract
Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) is an agency that collects or distributes zakat, infaq, and shodaqoh within the national scope. This study aims to determine whether transparency, accountability, and satisfaction of muzakki have a positive effect on the collection of zakat, infaq, and shodaqoh funds at BAZNAS in Cilegon City. Quantitative methods are used to analyze it. With the data collection method using a questionnaire, the sample used was 89 respondents, which was calculated using the Slovin formula and using a random sampling technique. The results obtained explain that the variables of transparency, accountability, and satisfaction of muzakki partially have a positive and significant effect on the collection of zakat, infaq, and shodaqoh funds. And simultaneously, all the variables of this study have a significant effect on the collection of zakat, infaq, and shodaqoh funds.

| Additional Information: | Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) adalah badan yang menghimpun atau menyalurkan zakat, infaq, dan shodaqoh dalam lingkup nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan kepuasan muzakki berpengaruh positif terhadap pengumpulan dana zakat, infaq dan shodaqoh pada BAZNAS Kota Cilegon. Metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk menganalisisnya. Dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, sampel yang digunakan adalah 89 responden, yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin dan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menjelaskan bahwa variabel transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan kepuasan muzakki secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penghimpunan dana zakat, infaq, dan shodaqoh. Dan secara simultan, seluruh variabel penelitian ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penghimpunan dana zakat, infaq, dan shodaqoh. | |||||||||
