Abstract
Rampak Bedug Dance Pandeglang Regency which has been legalized has become one of the Cultural Objects of Not Object by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. The government seeks to preserve the implementation of the arts through the Banten Governor Regulation Number 15 of 2014 concerning the Development of Local Content Curriculum, Banten Cultural Arts for Secondary Education in Banten Province. This study uses an empirical normative type using the statutory approach and in concreto approach. The data in this study are data obtained from secondary data supported by primary data. The data collection technique in this research uses library studies and field studies. Data analysis in this paper uses a qualitative approach. The results of this study that, 1. This Rampak Bedug dance has been protected and carried out in accordance with the mandate of Law No. 11 of 2010 concerning Cultural Heritage, while its implementation is regulated in Banten Governor Regulation Number 15 of 2017 concerning the Development of Local Content Curriculum, Banten Cultural Arts for Banten Provincial Secondary Education. Such protection cannot be run normatively due to constraints in terms of budget, facilities and facilities that hamper the running of assistance programs for the set of rampak bedug tools to high school / vocational schools in Banten Province; 2. This rampak bedug dance art, the regional government in the implementation of a drum set aid facility program for SMA / SMK in Banten Province there are still many schools that have not yet run. The limiting factor is the lack of artists or instructors in the Rampak Bedug dance in the school concerned and the lack of information to schools regarding the government's aid facilities program. | Additional Information: | Tari Rampak Bedug Kabupaten Pandeglang yang telah di Sahkan menjadi salah satu Warisan Budaya Tak Benda oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan RI. Pemerintah berupaya melakukan pelestarian terhadap pelaksanaan dari kesenian tersebut melalui Peraturan Gubernur Banten Nomor 15 Tahun 2014 Tentang Pengembangan Kurikulum Muatan Lokal, Seni Budaya Banten Bagi Pendidikan Menengah Se-Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe normative empiris dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan in concreto. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang diperoleh dari data sekunder yang ditunjang dengan data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penilitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan. Analisis data dalam penulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa, 1. Tari Rampak Bedug ini sudah dilindungi dan dilakukan sesuai amanat Undang-undang nomor 11 Tahun 2010 tentang Cagar Budaya adapun pelaksanaannya diatur dalam Peraturan Gubernur Banten Nomor 15 Tahun 2017 tentang Pengembangan Kurikulum Muatan Lokal, Seni Budaya Banten Bagi Pendidikan Menengah Se-Provinsi Banten. perlindungan tersebut tidak dapat berjalan secara normatif dikarenakan adanya kendala dalam hal anggaran, sarana dan fasilitas yang menghambat berjalannya program bantuan alat set rampak bedug ke sekolah SMA/SMK di Provinsi Banten; 2. Kesenian tari rampak bedug ini, pemerintah daerah dalam penerapan program fasilitas bantuan set alat bedug untuk SMA/SMK di Provinsi Banten masih banyak sekolah yang belum menjalankan. Faktor yang menjadi penghambat adalah kurangnya tenaga seniman atau pengajar tari rampak bedug di sekolah yang bersangkutan dan minimya informasi ke sekolah-sekolah mengenai program fasilitas bantuan pemerintah tersebut.
