Abstract
The purpose of writing this final project is to find out and understand how the process of managing grant funds and the procedures for submitting and granting grants to the Youth and Sports Office of Banten Province, and whether the procedures for granting budget funds have been running according to good procedures. This final project uses data obtained or collected based on the results of interviews and through existing data in the company. The results of this study can be concluded that the management of the management of grant funds by the Department of Youth and Sports is carried out using public management which has management functions such as planning, organizing, and controlling. The procedure for submitting grants by Dispora Banten begins with submitting a proposal to the local government. After the proposal is evaluated and approved by the Regional Government, the grant funds will be disbursed and given to the Dinas. TAPD will make the report. Meanwhile, the procedure for granting grants by Dispora Banten is through the stages of budgeting, implementation, and evaluation. Keywords: Management, Grant Funds.

| Additional Information: | Penulisan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana proses pengelolaan dana hibah dan prosedur pengajuan serta pemberian dana hibah pada Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Provinsi Banten, dan apakah prosedur pemberian anggaran dana hibah sudah berjalan sesuai dengan prosedurnya baik. Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan data yang diperoleh atau dikumpulkan berdasarkan dari hasil wawancara dan melalui data-data yang ada di perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen pengelolaan dana hibah oleh Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan manajemen publik yang memiliki fungsi-fungsi manajemen seperti planning, organizing, dan controlling. Prosedur pengajuan dana hibah oleh Dispora Banten diawali dengan pengajuan proposal kepada pemerintah daerah. Setelah proposal dievaluasi dan disetujui oleh Pemerintah Daerah, dana hibah akan dicairkan dan diberikan kepada Dinas. TAPD akan membuat laporannya. Sedangkan prosedur pemberian dana hibah oleh Dispora Banten ialah melalui tahap penganggaran, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan, Dana Hibah. | |||||||||
