Abstract
Zulfikar / 5551140407 / Faculty of Economics and Bussines Department of Management / Planning Analysis and Distribution Scheduling Using Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) (Case Study of Rockwool Products at PT Inpaga Amansentosa, Tangerang City) / guided by Dr. Moh. Mukhsin, SE., M.M and Gerry Ganika, SE., M. Sc. Companies in running an unreliable business and can compete in existing markets to safeguard firms, In competition in higher prices for companies, one way of adding value to a company is by running an efficient distribution of products. From result of the research, distribution of rockwool by the company during the year 2016-2017 at a cost of Rp. 358.054.780. but when applying the DRP method distribution costs to be incurred by the company Rp. 283.234.905. so that istribution costs by using the DRP can save distribution costs Rp 74,819,875 or by 17 %.

Dari hasil penelitian, distribusi rockwool yang dilakukan perusahaan selama tahun 2016-2017 menghabiskan biaya sebesar Rp. 358.054.780. Namun apabila menerapkan metode DRP biaya yang harus dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan sebesar Rp. 283.234.905. sehingga biaya distribusi dengan menggunakan metode DRP dapat menghemat biaya distribusi sebesar Rp 74,819,875. atau sebesar 17 %. | |||||||||
