Abstract
The Case Search Information System (SIPP) is a web-based technology application in providing case information to the public. Thus, the Supreme Court stipulates the Decree of the Chair of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number:1-144/KMA/SK/I/2011 concerning Guidelines for Court Information Services as a guideline for the Tigaraksa Religious Court in fulfilling the rights of justice seekers or parties who litigate the case. This research used normative juridical research method with descriptive research type of analysis. The type of data used in this study is secondary data which include data on primary legal materials, secondary law material, and teriary legal materials. This study also uses data collection tecnique from literature study and interview. This research is analyzed by qualitative juridical. The implementation of the Case Search Information System (SIPP) in the Tigaraksa Religious Court has not been maximized and has not been fully implemented. The Tigaraksa Religious Court staff still relies on the assistance of the SIADPA Plus application (Case Administration Information System), because there are some jobs that cannot be accommodated by the SIPP application, including call relays, templates that facilitate the case administration process and fill in blanks specifically for divorce printing. The SIPP pattern has not fully adapted to the needs of the Tigaraksa Religious Court. Case information for parties with litigation is much easier to monitor and access through the Court's website since the presence of the SIPP application, with reference to the provisions of the Decree of the Chair of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number:1-144/KMA/SK/I/2011 concerning Information Service Guidelines in Court. | Additional Information: | Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara (SIPP) merupakan aplikasi teknologi berbasis web dalam memberikan informasi perkara kepada masyarakat. Sehingga, Mahkamah Agung menetapkan Surat Keputusan Ketua Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia Nomor 1-144/KMA/SK/I/2011 tentang Pedoman Pelayanan Informasi di Pengadilan sebagai pedoman untuk Pengadilan Agama Tigaraksa dalam memenuhi hak-hak pencari keadilan atau para pihak yang berperkara dalam menyelesaikan perkaranya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Yuridis Normatif dan Yuridis Sosiologis, dengan jenis penelitian deskriptis analitis. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang meliputi bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder, dan bahan hukum tersier. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dari hasil studi kepustakaan dan wawancara. Penelitian ini kemudian dianalisis secara yuridis kualitatif. Implementasi Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara (SIPP) di Pengadilan Agama Tigaraksa belum maksimal dan belum diterapkan sepenuhnya. Pegawai Pengadilan Agama Tigaraksa masih mengandalkan bantuan aplikasi SIADPA Plus (Sistem Informasi Administrasi Perkara), karena terdapat sebagian pekerjaan yang belum bisa di akomodir oleh aplikasi SIPP, diantaranya adalah Relaas panggilan, template yang memudahkan proses administrasi perkara serta pengisian blanko khususnya untuk pencetakan akta cerai. Pola SIPP belum menyesuaikan sepenuhnya dengan kebutuhan Pengadilan Agama Tigaraksa. Informasi perkara bagi para pihak yang berperkara jauh lebih mudah dipantau dan diakses melalui website Pengadilan semenjak hadirnya aplikasi SIPP, dengan tetap mengacu pada ketentuan Surat Keputusan Ketua Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia Nomor 1-144/KMA/SK/I/2011 tentang Pedoman Pelayanan Informasi di Pengadilan.
