Abstract
This study with respect to the Economic Growth, Original Local Government Revenue, and Index Of Human Development to the Allocation Capital Expenditure in the Province of Banten . The method used to determine the effect of these is the method of associative or causal design. Associative or causal design method is useful for analyzing research relationships between one variable with another variable or how one variable affects the other variable. The population in this research is all the District / City of Banten province consisting of 4 districts and 4 cities. The samples are part of the population, from this statement that the samples taken in this study at 100%, so the sample size is a total of 8 districts / cities in Banten Province. This research uses panel data which combines time series data (for 4 years, ie 2013 to 2016) and the cross section data for districts / cities in 8, thus forming the observed amount of data as much as 32 data (4 districts / 4 cities over a period of 4 years). In this research, quantitative analysis is used in order to test and analyze whether there is an influence of economic growth, operating expenditure and human development, to total capital expenditure at the district / city in the province of Banten using Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool. The result is a variable economic growth is (not a significant) variable for the amount of capital expenditure, local government expenditure variable is (significantly) to the amount of capital expenditure and human development index (significantly) the amount of capital expenditure.

| Additional Information: | Studi ini berkenaan dengan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia terhadap Pengalokasian Anggaran Belanja Modal di Provinsi Banten. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan efek ini adalah metode desain asosiatif atau kausal. Metode desain asosiatif atau kausal berguna untuk menganalisis hubungan penelitian antara satu variabel dengan variabel lain atau bagaimana satu variabel mempengaruhi variabel lainnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Kabupaten / Kota Provinsi Banten yang terdiri dari 4 kabupaten dan 4 kota. Sampel adalah bagian dari populasi, dari pernyataan ini bahwa sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebesar 100%, sehingga ukuran sampel adalah total 8 kabupaten / kota di Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel yang menggabungkan data time series (selama 4 tahun, yaitu 2013 hingga 2016) dan data cross section untuk kabupaten / kota di 8, sehingga membentuk jumlah data yang diamati sebanyak 32 data (4 kabupaten / 4 kota selama 4 tahun). Dalam penelitian ini, analisis kuantitatif digunakan untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, pendapatan asli daerah dan indeks pembangunan manusia, terhadap pengalokasian anggaran belanja modal pada kabupaten / kota di Provinsi Banten dengan menggunakan alat analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasilnya adalah variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi (tidak signifikan) variabel untuk jumlah belanja modal, variabel pendapatan asli daerah (signifikan) untuk jumlah belanja modal dan indeks pembangunan manusia (secara signifikan) jumlah belanja modal. | |||||||||
