Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence work discipline has on employee performance, how much influence knowledge has on employee performance and how much influence skills have on employee performance. This research was conducted on a company that is engaged and focused on the tire valve industry and its accessories, namely PT. Luhai Industrial with a population of 220 people. This study uses a causal design, the sample used is the opinion of Hair, et al., where the minimum sample size is 5-10 times the number of variable indicators used in this study. In this study, the number of indicators is 15, so 15 x 5 = 75 and 15 x 10 = 150. so that the minimum sample in this study is 75 respondents and the maximum sample is 150 respondents. The data analysis method is using the PLS (Partial Least Square) application and what is obtained from the use of the PLS software in this study, namely testing the model (outer model) and model structure (inner model). Analysis of the data in this study using the help of the PLS application. The test results show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, knowledge has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, seberapa besar pengaruh Pengetahuan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan seberapa besar pengaruh keterampilan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan yang bergerak dan fokus di bidang industri katup ban (valve) dan aksesorisnya yaitu PT. Luhai Industrial dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 220 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kausal, sampel yang digunakan pendapat Hair, et al., Dimana jumlah sampel minimal 5-10 dikali dari jumlah indikator variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pada penelitian ini jumlah indikatornya sebanyak 15, maka 15 x 5 = 75 dan 15 x 10 =150 . sehingga sampel minimal pada penelitian ini yaitu 75 responden dan sampel maksimal berjumlah 150 responden. Metode analisis data yaitu dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi PLS(Partial Least Square) dan adapun yang diperoleh dari penggunaan software PLS tersebut dalam penelitian ini, yaitu pengujian model (outer model) dan struktur model (inner model). Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan aplikasi PLS. Hasil Uji menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan keterampilan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan | |||||||||
