Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the effects of the industrial agglomeration, FDI, and human capital investment on the economic growth in regencies/cities in West Java Province in 2011-2015. This was an empirical study using the quantitative approcah. The data in the study were secondary data from 26 regencies/cities in West Java Province in 2011-2015. The model used was multiple regression analysis using the fixed effect model. The results of the study showed that: 1) the industrial agglomeration had a significant positive effect on the economic growth, 2) FDI having positive influence but not significant on the economic growth, and 3) the human capital investment had a significant positive effect on the economic growth. The value of R2 was 99.7 persen.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh aglomerasi industri, investasi swasta dan indeks pembangunan manusia terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat tahun 2011-2015.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder dari 26 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat Tahun 2011-2015. Model yang di gunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan model fixed effect.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Aglomerasi industri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadp pertumbuhan ekonomi, 2) Investasi Swasta berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, 3) Indeks pembangunan Manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.
