Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of trust and commitment on supply chain performance mediated by information sharing variables at SRC stores in Cikupa, Tangerang Regency. The first hypothesis tests whether trust has an effect on supply chain performance. The second hypothesis examines whether commitment has an effect on supply chain performance. The third hypothesis tests whether trust has an effect on information sharing. The fourth hypothesis examines whether commitment has an effect on information sharing. The fifth hypothesis examines whether information sharing has an effect on supply chain performance. The sixth hypothesis examines whether information sharing can mediate trust with supply chain performance. The seventh hypothesis examines whether information sharing can mediate commitment to supply chain performance. The method used in this research is quantitative research. The sample population in this study was taken using probability sampling with a saturated sample type in data collection with 61 respondents. Data analysis technique using analysis tool SmartPLS 3.3.7. The results this research state that: (1) Trust has a negative and insignificant effect on the supply chain performance. (2) Commitment has a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance. (3) Trust has a negative and insignificant effect on information sharing. (4) Commitment has a positive and significant effect on information sharing. (5) Information sharing has a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance. (6) There is no significant effect between trust on supply chain performance through information sharing. (7) There is a positive and significant effect between commitment to supply chain performance through information sharing.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepercayaan dan komitmen terhadap kinerja rantai pasokan dengan dimediasi oleh variabel information sharing pada toko SRC di Cikupa Kabupaten Tangerang. Hipotesis pertama menguji apakah kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja rantai pasok. Hipotesis kedua menguji apakah komitmen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja rantai pasok. Hipotesis ketiga menguji apakah kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap information sharing. Hipotesis keempat menguji apakah komitmen berpengaruh terhadap information sharing. Hipotesis kelima menguji apakah information sharing berpengaruh terhadap kinerja rantai pasokan. Hipotesis keenam menguji apakah information sharing dapat memediasi kepercayaan dengan kinerja rantai pasokan. Hipotesis ketujuh menguji apakah information sharing dapat memediasi komitmen dengan kinerja rantai pasokan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan probability sampling dengan jenis sampel jenuh dalam pengumpulan data dengan 61 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.3.7. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: (1) Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja rantai pasokan. (2) Komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja rantai pasokan. (3) Kepercayaan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap information sharing. (4) Komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap information sharing. (5) Information sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja rantai pasokan. (6) Tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepercayaan terhadap kinerja rantai pasokan melalui information sharing. (7) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komitmen terhadap kinerja rantai pasokan melalui information sharing. | |||||||||
