Abstract
Oman Taupik. Proposed Decision Based on Delaying Employee Muscle and Evaluation of Risk Management in UMKM IKA-KE. Supervised by Prof. Dr. Ir. Wahyu Susihono, ST., MT., IPM. ASEAN Eng. And Evi Febianti, ST., M.Eng. The decision-making proposal was made because employees in the gipang production process carried out activities with abnormal work postures. Abnormal work postures will cause employees to experience muscle complaints if done for a long time. This research method using the NBM method is used to find out which parts of the body are experiencing muscle complaints. REBA method is used to determine work posture scores and risk levels during activities. The highest REBA, anthropometric data taken is only dimension data for proposed improvements. Risk management evaluation is used to reduce and minimize losses experienced by UMKM IKA-KE. Keywords: nordic body map, rapid entire body assessment, anthropometry, risk management evaluation

Usulan pengambilan keputusan dilakukan karena karyawan pada proses produksi gipang melakukan aktivitas dengan postur kerja tidak normal. Postur kerja yang tidak normal akan menyebabkan karyawan mengalami keluhan otot jika dilakukan dalam waktu yang lama. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode NBM digunakan untuk mengetahui bagian tubuh mana saja yang mengalami keluhan otot. Metode REBA digunakan untuk mengetahui skor postur kerja dan level risiko pada saat beraktivitas.Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan pada aktivitas pencetakan gipang dan pemotongan gipang didapatkan skor REBA sebesar 8 dan 9 hal ini menunjukan risiko tinggi, Data antropometri digunakan untuk merancang fasilitas kerja berdasarkan skor REBA tinggi, data antropometri yang di ambil hanya data dimensi usulan perbaikan. Evaluasi manajemen risiko digunakan untuk mengurangi dan meminimalisir kerugian yang dialami UMKM IKA-KE.
