Abstract

The nursing processis a scientific approach in solving problems. Fractures have become a commonproblem in health care centers in the world and are the cause of high rates of morbidity and mortality in both developed and developing countries. Cruris fracture is a term for fractures of the tibia and fibula which usually occur in the proximal, diaphysis, or ankle (Anita, 2021). Medical management that can be performed on fracture patients include Reduction (ORIF, Open Reduction and Internal Fixatition), Retention, and Rehabilitation. Barriers to physical mobility or impaired physical mobility are limitations of the upper and lower extremities in moving independently and purposefully. While the related factors are damage to bone integrity, the presence of musculoskeletaldisorders, damage to the integrity of the bone structure, the existence of a movement restriction program. The research design used by the author in this research is to use a case study design approach. The data collection methods used in this study are: interviews. Data collection was done by interview, observation and physical examination and documentation. This study describes the application of Nursing Care for Physical Mobility Disorders in Patients with Post Cruris Fracture Surgery with Early Mobilization Practices. Postoperative management of cruris fractures that can be done is the provision of pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy. Non- pharmacological therapy that can be done is by training early mobilization. Some literature states that the importance of early mobilization is to improve circulation, prevent problems or complications aftersurgery and speed up the patient'srecovery process. Juli Andri et al (in Wahyudi& Wahid, 2016) say that mobilization is the ability of each individual to move freely, easily and regularly with the aim of meeting activity needs to maintain his health.

Additional Information:	Proses keperawatan merupakan suatu pendekatan ilmiah dalam menyelesaikan masalah. fraktur telah menjadi masalah yang banyak dijumpai di pusat-pusat pelayanan kesehatan di dunia dan menjadi penyebab tingginya angka morbiditas dan mortalitas baik di negara maju maupun di negaraberkembang. Fraktur cruris merupakan suatu istilah untuk patah tulang tibia dan fibula yang biasanya terjadi pada pada bagian proksimal, diafisis, atau di pergelangan kaki (Anita, 2021). Penatalaksanaan medik yang dapat dilakukan pada pasien fraktur diantaranya Redukasi (ORIF, Open Reduction and Internal Fixatition), Retensi, dan Rehabilitasi. Hambatan mobilitas fisik atau gangguan mobilitas fisik adalah keterbatasan ekstermitas atas maupun bawah dalam bergerak secaramandiri dan terarah. Sedangkan faktor berhubungannya yaitu kerusakan integritas tulang, adanya gangguan muskuloskeletal, kerusakan pada integritas struktur tulang, adanya program pembatasan gerak. Desain penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan pendekatan desain studi kasus. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu : wawancara Pengumpulan data dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan pemeriksaan fisik dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini memaparkan penerapan tentang Bagaimanakah Asuhan Keperawatan Gangguan Mobilitas Fisik Pada Pasien Post Operasi Fraktur Cruris Dengan Tindakan Melatih Mobilisasi Dini. Penatalaksanaan post operasi fraktur cruris yang bisa dilakukan adalah pemberian terapi farmakologi dan non farmakologi. Terapi non farmakologi yang bisa dilakukuan yaitu dengan melatih mobilisasi dini. bebrapa literature menyebutkan bahwa pentingnya melakukan mobilisasi dini yaitu untuk memperbaiki sirkulasi, mencegah terjadinya masalah atau komplikasi setelah operasi serta mempercepat proses pemulihan pasien. Juli Andri dkk (dalam Wahyudi & Wahid, 2016) Mengatakan mobilisasi merupakan kemampuan setiap individu untuk bergerak secarabebas, mudah dan teratur dengan tujuan untukmemenuhi kebutuhan aktivitas gunamempertahankankesehatannya.
