Abstract
Lower extremity fracture is a break in the constitution of the tissue in the lower bone. One of the management of fractures is the installation of internal or external fixation through surgery. Post-operative management of lower extremity fractures includes skin integrity of open fractures with wound care measures. The purpose of this case study is to carry out nursing care in postoperative patients with lower extremity fractures with impaired skin integrity with wound care measures. The subject of this case study is a patient with impaired skin integrity with lower extremity fracture at Dradjat Prawiranegara Hospital, Serang. Data collection methods in this study were interview techniques, observation, physical examination, and documentation of nursing care reports. The intervention that can be done is by postoperative wound care in lower extremity fracture patients with impaired skin integrity.

| Additional Information: | Fraktur esktremitas bawah merupakan terputusnya konstitusi jaringan pada tulang bawah. Salah satu tatalaksana fraktur adalah dengan dilakukannya pembedahan. salah satu masalah keperawatan yang muncul yaitu gangguan integritas kulit untuk mencegah terjadinya infeksi harus dilakukan tindakan perawatan luka dengan cara menggganti perban atau balutan agar luka tetap dalam keadaan steril.Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien post operasi fraktur esktremitas bawah gangguan integritas kulit dengan tindakan perawatan luka. Subjek dari studi kasus ini adalah pasien yang mengalami Gangguan Integritas Kulit dengan fraktur ekstremitas bawah di Rumah Sakit Dradjat Prawiranegara Serang. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik wawancara, Observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, dan dokumentasi laporan asuhan keperawatan. Intervensi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan cara perawatan luka yaitu mengganti balutan atau perban agar luka tetap dalam keadaan steril. | |||||||||
