Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyse the effect of employee competence (X1), physical work environment (X2) and work motivation (X3), on employee performance (Y) at PT Sampoerna Kayoe Balaraja unit. The researcher used quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. The population and sample in this study were 95 employees at PT. Sampoerna Kayoe, Balaraja unit. The sampling technique used in this study was the saturated sample technique. To analyse the data, the researcher used the Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with the student version of the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that: (1) employee competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) the physical work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi karyawan (X1), lingkungan kerja fisik (X2) dan motivasi kerja (X3), terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT Sampoerna Kayoe unit Balaraja. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah 95 karyawan di PT. Sampoerna Kayoe unit Balaraja. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sample jenuh. Untuk menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan Stuctural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0 versi pelajar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) kompetensi karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
