Abstract

ABSTRAK Risa Nurhasanah. NIM 6670150042. Tingkat Kepercayaan Masyarakat Kabupaten Tangerang Pada Hasil Hitung Cepat (Quick Count) Pemilihan Presiden 2019. Program Studi Ilmu Pemerintahan, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Kata Kunci: Kepercayaan Masyarakat, Hitung Cepat (Quick Count), Lembaga Survei, Pilpres 2019 Lembaga survei telah menjadi salah satu bagian penting dari pemilihan umum khususnya pemilihan Presiden. Salah satu produk survei pemilu oleh lembaga survei yaitu hitung cepat, tujuannya adalah untuk memprediksi pemenang pemilu. Namun setelah dirilisnya hasil hitung cepat, terdapat diskursus mengenai kebenaran hasil hitung cepat dan keberpihakan lembaga survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Tangerang dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pandangan masyarakat Kabupaten Tangerang terhadap hasil hitung cepat Pemilihan Presiden 2019. Kabupaten Tangerang dipilih karena memiliki selisih persentase suara terbesar di Banten dengan capaian suara Prabowo-Sandi sebesar 5, 04% lebih banyak dibandingkan JokowiMa’ruf. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kabupaten Tangerang yang memiliki hak pilih dan terdaftar di daftar pemilih tetap Pilpres 2019 yang berjumlah 1.875.124 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sampel acak dengan teknik multistage random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data pendukung dari instansi kelurahan atau desa terkait DPT Pilpres 2019 dan penyebaran angket. Sementara saat pengolahan data dilakukan, penulis melakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan rumus uji-t, hasil yang diperoleh adalah penerimaan hipotesis kerja yakni kepercayaan masyarakat Kabupaten Tangerang lebih besar dari 60%. Hasil uji hipotesis adalah sebesar 68,2% dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 10%. vi ABSTRACT Risa Nurhasanah. NIM 6670150042. The Trustiness Level of Tangerang Regency Society on The Quick Count Results of Presidential Election in 2019. The Survey Institute has been one of the most significant parts in Presidential Elections. The quick count is one of the election survey's product. It is supposed to predicting the election winner. But after the quick count result was published, there is a discrete assessment of truth and alignments of the survey institute. This research aims to know Tangerang Regency society's perception of the President Election quick count results. The research location was selected in Tangerang Regency because of the largest percentage voting acquisition gap who achieved by Prabowo-Sandi that gained 5.04% votes more than Jokowi-Ma'ruf had. The method of the research is quantitative with 1.875.124 registered final voters of 2019 presidential election in Tanggerang Regency list as the population. While the method for the sampling is using probability with multistage random sampling technique. Beside questionnaire distribution, this research also gained data from sub-district and village government. The Validity test, reliability test, and hypothetical test conducted during data processed. Hypothetical test results based on the hypothetical test by the t-test formula are acceptance of the hypothesis work that the Tangerang Regency society of the trustiness level larger than 60%. Hypothetical test result amount 62,8% with a significance level about 10%.
