Abstract
The emergence of online application-based transportation at Pakupatan Terminal in Serang City also causes problems with conventional transportation, namely the problem of competition in factors characteristic of travel attributes and travelers such as fares, easy to get modes, transportation services, willingness of modes and travel time that are very competitive from the two modes of transportation. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors of travel attributes and characteristics of travelers in choosing a mode of transportation. The results of this study are the characteristic factors of travelers in the percentage of 82% of online transportation <26 years, the gender criteria of women, namely 58% and men 42% choose online transportation, the job criteria obtained are students with a percentage of 44% choosing online transportation, the average income group with a < of Rp.1,000,000 at a percentage of 70% for online transportation. In data processing, researchers obtained characteristic variables that influence the selection of online transportation (Yto), namely the variables of tariffs, quality of service and travel time, for conventional transportation (Ytk), namely the variable of tarif, the ease of obtaining transportation modes and the availability of transportation modes. The output of the regression equation model obtained against travel attributes and respondent characteristics resulted in the equation Yto = 0.721 + 0.849 X1 + 1.475 X3 + 1.660 X5 + 0.367 X6 + 0.092 X7 and Ytk = 7,046 - 0.867 X1 + 0.249 X2 + 1.486 X4 + 0.100 X6 + 0.095 X7. The most influential free variable in the selection is the X5 to the online transportation type variable (Yto) with a correlation value of 1,660.

Additional Information: | Munculnya transportasi berbasis aplikasi online di Terminal Pakupatan Kota Serang juga menimbulkan permasalahan dengan transportasi konvensional, yaitu permasalahan persaingan dalam faktor karakteristik atribut perjalanan dan pelaku perjalanan seperti tarif, mudahnya mendapat moda, layanan transportasi, kesediaan moda dan waktu perjalanan yang sangat bersaing dari kedua moda transportasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor atribut perjalanan dan karakteristik pelaku perjalanan dalam pemilihan moda transportasi. Hasil Penelitian ini yaitu Faktor karakteristik pelaku perjalanan pada peresentase 82% transportasi online <26 Tahun, kriteria gender wanita yaitu 58% dan Pria 42% memilih transportasi online, kriteria pekerjaan didapat yaitu mahasiswa dengan persentase 44% memilih transportasi online rata-rata golongan pendapatan dengan < Rp.1.000.000 pada persentase 70% untuk transportasi online. Pada pengolahan data, peneliti mendapatkan variabel karakteristik yang berpengaruh dalam pemilihan transportasi online (Yto) yaitu variabel tarif, kualitas pelayanan dan waktu perjalanan, untuk transportasi konvensional (Ytk) yaitu variabel tarif, kemudahan mendapat moda transportasi dan ketersediaan moda transportasi. Output model persamaan regresi yang didapat terhadap atribut perjalanan dan karakteristik responden yaitu menghasilkan persamaan Yto = 0.721 + 0,849 X1 + 1,475 X3 + 1,660 X5 + 0.367 X6 + 0.092 X7 dan Ytk = 7.046 - 0,867 X1 + 0.249 X2 + 1,486 X4 + 0.100 X6 + 0.095 X7. Pada variabel bebas paling berpengaruh dalam pemilihan yaitu Xwaktuperjalanan terhadap variabel jenis transportasi online (Yto) dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 1,660. | |||||||||
