Abstract
Tempe is a high-protein food with reasonable pricing. Limited capital is a common concern in the temp home sector, and the price of raw materials continues to rise. Many tempe producers in Kramatwatu improvise at the stage of creating tempe to avoid losses. The components of production have a very close link when it comes to determining a production. The goal of this study is to determine the impact of raw materials, labor, and fuel on tempe production in the Kramatwatu District, as well as which variables have the most impact. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. In this investigation, 35 home industry were employed as samples. The raw material variable has a considerable effect on the tempe production yield variable, according to the results of partial studies. Meanwhile, in Kramatwatu District, labor and fuel variables do not affect tempe production. Furthermore, the findings of a simultaneous test show that the factors of raw materials, labor, and fuel have a substantial impact on tempe production in the Kramatwatu District. The obtained R2 value is 0.873. It may be deduced that the factors of raw materials, labor, and fuel as a whole have an 87.3 percent influence on tempe output, with the remaining 13.7 percent influenced by variables not studied.

| Additional Information: | Tempe merupakan makanan yang memiliki protein yang tinggi dan harganya yang terjangkau. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada industri rumah tangga tempe adalah modal yang terbatas, dan harga bahan baku yang terus meningkat. Untuk menekan biaya produksi maka banyak produsen tempe di Kramatwatu berimprovisasi pada tahapan pembuatan tempe agar tidak mengalami kerugian. Keterkaitan antara faktor faktor produksi mempunyai hubungan yang sangat erat dalam mempengaruhi suatu produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bahan baku, tenaga kerja dan bakar terhadap hasil produksi tempe, serta variabel manakah yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap hasil produksi tempe di Kecamatan Kramatwatu, Jumlah sampe yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 produsen tempe. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dengan uji parsial, variabel bahan baku berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel hasil produksi tempe. Sedangkan variabel tenaga kerja dan bahan bakar tidak berpengaruh pada hasil produksi tempe di Kecamatan Kramatwatu. Selanjutnya melalui uji simultan hasil yang didapat adalah variabel bahan baku, tenaga kerja dan bahan bakar secara bersama sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil produksi tempe di Kecamatan Kramatwatu. Besarnya nilai R2 yang didapat adalah 0,873. Dapat diartikan bahwa variabel bahan baku, tenaga kerja dan bahan bakar secara keseluruhan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 87,3% terhadap produksi tempe sedangkan sisanya 13,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam penelitian. | |||||||||
