Abstract

ABSTRAK Nabila Nuramalina 6670160066.STIGMATISASI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP HAK REPRODUKSI PEREMPUAN DISABILITAS DI PROVINSI BANTEN. Program Studi Ilmu Pemerintahan. Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik. Dosen Pembimbing II: Ika Ariana Indriyany, M.A. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk menggambarkan bagaimana stigmatisasi masyarakat menghalangi perempuan disabilitas dalam memperoleh hak reproduksi melalui tindakan pemakaian alat kontrasepsi tanpa persetujuan dari perempuan disabilitas yang berangkutan. Teori yang digunakan untuk mengupas fenomena ini adalah Teori Stigma : Identity dan Self dari Erving Goffman (1968) dengan metode penelitian kualitatif ekspalanatif. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bagaimana gambaran stigmatisasi berpengaruh pada kontrol sosial terhadap perempuan disabilitas melalui batasan hak perempuan disabilitas dalam membangun relasi untuk berkluarga dan berketurunan yang dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa faktor yakni, faktor pertama adalah Konstruksi sosial yang diciptakan oleh masyarakat mengenai normalisme, faktor kedua adalah masih berlakunya paradigma lama di masyarakat terhadap perempuan disabilitas, faktor ketiga adalah tidak diaplikasikannya model sosial di masyarakat terhadap perempuan disabilitas yang kemudian mengakibatkan praktik diskriminasi terhadap perempuan disabilitas dalam bentuk ketidakadilan serta pengambilan keputusan atas kuasa tubuh perempuan disabilitas. The 1ST advisor:Uliviana Restu H, M.Ikom., The 2STadvisor: Ika Ariana Indriyany, M.A. This study attempts to describe how the stigmatization of society prevents women with disabilities from obtaining reproductive rights through the use of contraceptives without the consent of the women with disabilities in transit. The theory used to explore this phenomenon is the Theory of Stigma: Identity and Self from Erving Goffman (1968) with an exploratory qualitative research method. The results of the study show how the image of stigmatization affects the social control of women with disabilities through the limitation of women's rights with disabilities in building relationships for families and offspring which is motivated by several factors, namely, the first factor is the social construction created by the community regarding normalism, the second factor is the validity of the paradigm. For a long time in society against women with disabilities, the third factor is the non-applicability of social models in society to women with disabilities which then results in discriminatory practices against women with disabilities in the form of injustice and decision-making on the power of women's bodies with disabilities.
