Program Studi Ilmu Pemerintahan, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Dosen Pembimbing I: Anis Fuad, M.Si, Dosen Pembimbing II: Shanty Kartika Dewi, M.Si Pandemi global yang disebabkan oleh penyebaran wabah virus covid-19 membawa dampak pada penurunan ekonomi yang sangat signifikan bagi Indonesia. Pemerintah Indonesia telah mengeluarkan salah satu kebijakan untuk menstimulus ekonomi masyarakat yang terdampak dengan meluncurkan program Bantuan Langsung Tunai yang bersumber dari dana desa atau bisa disebut dengan BLT-DD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Implementasi Kebijakan Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa dengan cara meneliti bagaimana Pelaksanaan Program BLT-DD di Desa Kresek Kecamatan Kresek. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori implementasi kebijakan publik yang dikemukakan oleh Van Meter dan Van Horn, yang meliputi: Standar dan Tujuan Kebijakan, Sumber Daya, Komunikasi, Karakteristik Implementor, Disposisi Implementor, Kondisi Ekonomi, Sosial, dan Politik. Metode penulisan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi program bantuan langsung tunai dana desa di desa Kresek belum berjalan dengan baik. Hal tersebut terlihat dari pisau analis teori yang menunjukan bahwa standar dan tujuan kebijakan yang ada bersifat mendesak dengan waktu yang terbatas sehingga banyak tahapan penyaluran program BLT-DD yang tidak terlaksana, pemanfaatan sumberdaya yang kurang maksimal, komunikasi yang minim, karakteristik dan disposisi pemerintah desa Kresek selaku implementor yang kurang optimal serta kondisi ekonomi dan sosial warga desa Kresek yang mengalami penurunan dengan diringi suasana proses persiapan pilkades Desa Kresek. Supervisor I: Anis Fuad, M.Si, Supervisor II: Shanty Kartika Dewi, M.Si The global pandemic caused by the spread of the covid-19 virus outbreak has an impact on a very significant economic decline for Indonesia. The Indonesian government has issued a policy to stimulate the economy of the affected communities by launching the Direct Cash Assistance program sourced from village funds or what can be called BLT-DD. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Program Policy by examining how the BLT-DD Program is implemented in Kresek Village, Kresek District. The theory used in this study uses the theory of publik policy implementation proposed by Van Meter and Van Horn, which includes: Policy Standards and Objectives, Resources, Communications, Implementor Characteristics, Implementor Dispositions, Economic, Sosial Conditions, and Politics. The method of writing in this study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative research approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the village fund direct cash assistance program in Kresek village has not been going well. This can be seen from the theoretical analysis knife which shows that the standards and objectives of the existing policies are urgent with limited time so that many stages of the BLT-DD program distribution are not carried out, the utilization of resources is not maximal, the communication is minimal, the characteristics and disposition of the Kresek village government as the implementor who is not optimal and the economic and sosial conditions of the residents of Kresek Village have decreased, accompanied by the atmosphere of the Kresek Village Pilkades preparation process.
