Pengujiankeabsahan data dalampenelitianinidilakukandengantriangulasi dan member check yang berdsarkandariteorifungsimanajemen Luther GullickdalamHandayaningrat (2001) yang terdiridaritujuhindikatoryaituperencanaan, pengorganisasian, penyusunanpegawai, pembinaankerja, pengordinasian, pelaporan dan anggaran. Teknik analisis data menggunakankonsepdari Miles dan Hubberman. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkanbahwapengelolaanpariwisara wilayah pesisirberbasislokal oleh BUMDes di DesaTeluktidak optimal. NIM. 6661170108. Local Based Coastal Tourism Management by Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Teluk Village, Labuan District, Pandeglang Regency. Social and Political Science Program. Sultan AgengTirtayasa University. This study discusses the Local-Based Coastal Tourism Management by Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Teluk Village, Labuan District, Pandeglang Regency. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze "local-based coastal area management in Des Teluk". This research is a research with qualitative descriptive method. Determination of informants using purposive technique. Data collection techniques are direct observation and interviews and documentation. The research instrument is the researcher himself. Testing the validity of the data in this study was carried out by triangulation and member check based on Luther Gullick's theory of management functions in Handayaningrat (2001) which consisted of seven indicators, namely planning, organizing, staffing, job coaching, coordinating, reporting and budgeting. The data analysis technique uses the concept of Miles and Hubberman. The results showed that local-based coastal tourism management by BUMDes in Teluk Village was not optimal. Recommendations from the researcher are that the Village and BUMDes make planning as optimal as possible so that the mission of prospering the community can be realized, create a formal organizational structure so that each division of work can be carried out optimally, increase the number of employees and conduct work coaching to employees more than once a year arena Most employees do not have a social background and guidance to BUMDes is carried out as often as possible and carries out routine supervision, makes technology development for BUMDes members and assistance provided to BUMDes can be used as well as possible.
