| Additional Information: | The purpose of this study is to find out the income and outpouring of the female farm workforce, analyze how much it contributes to the total income of the house and find out the factors that influence the outpouring of the female farm workforce. This research uses the method of a case with the object of its research is about the outpouring of labor of women rice farmers and their contribution to family income. The data collected is primary data and secondary data and is analyzed descriptively. this research was conducted in December.The results showed that curhan working time of women rice farmers, namely in nursery activities of 7.14% , planting activities by 21.43%, weeding activities by 19.05%, fertilization activities by 9.52% and harvest activities by 42.86%. processing of land and pest and disease control is carried out only by males. The contribution of rice farming women's income in the family income is the average income of farm women in the village pulo ciruas district of Rp. 5,082,000 so that the contribution of women's income in the family income of 12.64% . age, education, work experience, acceptance of farming, land area, number of dependents and land ownership status have a real effect on rice farming women in the village of Pulo Ciruas subdistrict.
