Abstract

Peran guru dalam mengenalkan makanan sehat pada anak sejak usia dini di sekolah sangatlah penting, khususnya di masa pandemi COVID-19 seperti ini. Dengan mengenalkan makanan sehat di sekolah maka anak akan terbiasa memakan makanan sehat dan menjadikan tubuh anak lebih bertenaga untuk melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari serta tubuh anak akan terhindar dari berbagai penyakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengenalan makanan sehat, peran guru dalam mengenalkan makanan sehat, dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat guru dalam mengenalkan makanan sehat di masa pandemi COVID�19 pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di TKIT Villa Madani Cilegon-Banten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan pada guru dan anak usia 4-5 tahun di kelompok A dengan jumlah sebanyak 10 anak yang terdiri dari 4 anak laki-laki dan 6 anak perempuan. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa proses pengenalan makanan sehat sudah cukup baik, dimana makanan yang disajikan sudah mengandung unsur gizi seimbang dan memiliki dampak yang cukup besar, selain anak dapat mengenal makanan sehat, ada anak yang awalnya tidak suka memakan sayuran menjadi menyukainya dan sangat menikmati makanan sehat tersebut. Kemudian peran guru dalam mengenalkan makanan sehat di masa pandemi COVID-19 pada anak usia 4-5 juga sudah cukup baik, dimana guru sudah menunjukkan aspek peran guru, seperti peran guru sebagai perencana, peran guru sebagai penggerak, peran guru sebagai evaluator dan peran guru sebagai motivator. Lalu faktor pendukung pengenalan makanan sehat di masa pandemi COVID-19 pada anak usia 4-5 tahun yang dirasakan oleh guru, yaitu anak selalu antusias dalam setiap kegiatan pengenalan makanan sehat dan memakan makanan sehat tersebut dengan lahap. Sedangkan faktor penghambat yang dirasakan oleh guru, yaitu masih ada anak yang tidak mau memakan makanan sehat tertentu.

This study aims to determine the process of introducing healthy food, the role of teachers in introducing healthy food, and supporting and inhibiting factors for teachers in introducing healthy food during the COVID-19 pandemic to children aged 4-5 years at TKIT Villa Madani Cilegon-Banten. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative conducted on teacher and children aged 4-5 years in group A with a total of 10 children consisting of 4 boys and 6 girls. The data collection procedure was carried out by means of observation, interviews, field notes, and documentation. From the results of the study, it was found that the process of introducing healthy food was quite good, where the food served already contained balanced nutritional elements and had a large enough impact, in addition to children being able to get to know healthy food, there were children who initially did not like eating vegetables so they liked it and enjoyed food very much. healthy these. Then the role of the teacher in introducing healthy food during the COVID�19 pandemic in children aged 4-5 is also quite good, where the teacher has shown aspects of the teacher's role, such as the role of the teacher as a planner, the role of the teacher as a driving force, the role of the teacher as an evaluator and the role of the teacher. as a motivator. Then the supporting factor for the introduction of healthy food during the COVID-19 pandemic in children aged 4-5 years was felt by the teacher, namely that the child was always enthusiastic about introducing healthy food and eating healthy food with gusto. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor felt by the teacher, namely that there are still children who do not want to eat certain healthy foods.
