Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih sedikitnya instrumen tes berupa soal soal untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa SMP yang dikembangkan oleh guru IPA . Oleh karena itu sangat perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa SMP dan mengetahui tingkat kevalidannya . Metode penelitian pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada metode pengembangan Sugiyono . Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa lembar validasi . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penelitian dan pengembangan yang dilakukan adalah potensi masalah , pengumpulan informasi , perencanaan , pengembangan desain produk , validasi desain , dan revisi desain . Tingkat kevalidan instrumen tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif pada konsep sistem ekskresi manusia yang dikembangkan berada pada kategori valid dengan nilai sebesar 76,94 % untuk diujicobakan kepada siswa .

| Additional Information: | This research carried out by the lack of test instrument in the form questions to measure the creative thinking skills of junior high school students developed by science teacher . Therefore , it is urgent to conducted research with the aiming on developing creative thinking skills instrument test and measuring it's validity for junior high school students . The development research methode used in this research is based on the Sugiyono's development methode . The research instrument used was a validity sheet . The research instrument process carried out are potential and problems , information collection , planning , product design development , design validation , and design revision . The validity level of the instrument test for creative thinking skill on the concept of system excretion developed in the valid category with a value of 76,94 % to be tested on students .
