Abstract

ABSTRAK Annisa Amini. NIM 6662170036. SKRIPSI. Pengaruh Karakteristik Inovasi Terhadap Keputusan Adopsi Aplikasi Dompet Digital DANA Pada Masa Pandemi (Survei Pada Followers Twitter @danawallet). Pembimbing I: Dr. Nurprapti Wahyu Widyastuti, S.Sos, M.Si dan Pembimbing II: Ronny Yudhi Septa Priana, S.Ikom, M.Si. Aktivitas transaksi pada masa pandemi ini akhirnya dibuat serba digital demi pencegahan penularan virus melalui benda-benda yang sering berpindah tangan seperti uang. Salah satu inovasi untuk mewujudkan pencegahan tersebut adalah dengan hadirnya dompet digital di masyarakat. DANA merupakan salah satu aplikasi electronic wallet atau dompet digital yang berkembang dengan pesat di Indonesiayang menawarkan berbagai kemudahan dan keuntungan dalam bertransaksi secara digital.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh dari variabel-variabel Karakteristik Inovasi, yaiturelative advantage, compatibility, complexity, triability, dan observabilityterhadap keputusan adopsi aplikasi dompet digital DANA pada masa pandemi. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Teori Difusi Inovasi.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey explanatorydengan total 100 responden followers akun twitter @danawallet serta dianalisis dengan uji asumsi klasik dan uji linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabelrelative advantage berpengaruh secara positif terhadap keputusan adopsi aplikasi dompet digital DANA sebesar 40,1%, variabelcompatibility berpengaruh secara positif terhadap keputusan adopsi aplikasi dompet digital DANA sebesar 32,4%, dan variabel observability berpengaruh secara positif terhadap keputusan adopsi aplikasi dompet digital DANA sebesar 19,1%. Sedangkan variabel complexitydan triabilitytidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan adopsi aplikasi dompet digital DANA karena memiliki nilai signifikansi > 0,05. Secara simultan, kelima variabel tersebut mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap keputusan adopsi sebesar 56,3% dan sisanya 43,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya. Transaction activities during this pandemic are finally made completely digital to prevent virus transmission through objects that change hands frequently, such as money. One of the innovations to realize this prevention is the presence of digital wallets in the community. DANA is one of the fastest growing electronic wallet or digital wallet applications in Indonesia that offers various conveniences and advantages in digitally transacting. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of the Innovation Characteristics variabels, namely relative advantage , compatibility , complexity , triability , and observability .on the decision to adopt the DANA digital wallet application during the pandemic. The theory used in this research is the Diffusion of Innovation Theory.The method used is an explanatory survey method with a total of 100 respondents following the Twitter account @danawallet and analyzed by classical assumption test and multiple linear test. The results showed that the variabel relative advantage has a positive effect on the decision to adopt the DANA digital wallet application by 40.1%, the variabel compatibility has a positive effect on the decision to adopt the DANA digital wallet application by 32.4%, and the observability variabelhas a positive effect on the decision to adopt the DANA digital wallet application by 19.1% . While the complexity variabeland triability does not affect the decision to adopt the DANA digital wallet application because it has a significance value of > 0.05. Simultaneously, these five variabels have a positive influence on adoption decisions by 56.3% and the remaining 43.7% is influenced by other factors.
