Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui kelayakan serta respon siswa terhadap modul pembelajaran berbasis literasi sains pada konsep protista untuk kelas X SMA/MA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan model 3D (Define, Design, dan Develop). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2019 hingga Juni 2020 di Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa dan SMA Negeri 1 Cilegon. Berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan ahli secara keseluruhan memperoleh hasil 90,2% dengan kategori sangat layak dan persentase hasil uji respon siswa secara keseluruhan memperoleh hasil 88, 7% dengan kategori sangat layak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul pembelajaran berbasis literasi sains pada konsep protista kelas X SMA/MA sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran di sekolah.

Additional Information: The aims of this study was to develop a science literacy as a learning modules in the concept of protist, to determine the feasibility and to determine the student’s response to science literacy as a learning modules in the concept of protist. The research method used was the research and development method (R&D) with a 3D model (define, design, and develop). This research was conducted on July 2019 until Juny 2020 at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University and SMAN 1 Kota Cilegon. The feasibility assessment from material and media experts for science literacy modules obtains a score of 90,2%. Both of those values are in the very feasible category. The test result of the student’s response obtains a score of 88,7% which is included in the very feasible category. Thus it can be concluded that the science literacy as a learning modules in the concept of protist for class X high school students is very feasible to be used as a learning media.
