Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kompetensi pedagogik dan pengembangan profesi guru dengan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran dSMA Negeri Sekota Cilegon. Adapun yang menjadi latar belakang penulisanini karena peringkat hasil pencapaian Ujian Nasional sekolah negeri beradadi bawah sekolah swasta. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni-Agustus2020 dengan metode penelitian survei dengan menggunakan pendekatankorelasional. Sebanyak 73 PNS yang mengajar di 5 SMA Negeri Di KotaCilegon yaitu SMA Negeri 1 Kota Cilegon, SMA Negeri 2 KS Kota CilegonSMA Negeri 3 Kota Cilegon, SMA Negeri 4 Kota Cilegon dan SMA Negeri 5Kota Cilegon menjadi responden di dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan: 1) secara parsial kompetensi pedagogik memiliki hubunganpositif dan signifikan dengan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran, dengan nilakoefisien korelasi sebesar 0,704 > dari r tabel 0,2303, nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05dan t hitung, 8,361 > t tabel, 1,993. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensipedagogik dengan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran memiliki hubungan yangtinggi. 2) pengembangan profesi guru memiliki hubungan positif dansignifikan dengan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran dengan nilai koefisienkorelasi sebesar 0,626 > r tabel, 0,2303, nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05, dan t hitung6,768 > t tabel 1,993, serta menunjukkan hubungan yang tinggi antarapengembangan profesi guru dengan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran . 3kompetensi pedagogik dan pengembangan profesi guru secara bersamasama memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja gurudalam pembelajaran, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi ganda 0,726 > r tabe0,232 dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05, dan F hitung 39.035 > F tabel 3,12.

| Additional Information: | The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between pedagogic competence and teachers professional development with senior high school teacher’s teaching performance in Cilegon. The research was conducted in June-August 2020 by survey method using a correlational approach. About 73 civil servants who teach SMA Negeri 1 Kota Cilegon, SMA Negeri 2 KS Kota Cilegon, SMA Negeri 3 Kota Cilegon, SMA Negeri 4 Kota Cilegon and SMA Negeri 5 Kota as respondents in this study. The results of this study showed that 1) pedagogical competence, partially has a positive and significant relationship with teacher teaching performance, with a coefficient value of 0.704 > from r table 0.2303, sig value 0.000 <0.05, and t value, 8.361> t table 1,993. It means that pedagogic competence and teacher teaching performance have a high relationship. 2) teacher professional development has a positive and significant relationship with teacher teaching performance with a coefficient values of 0.626> r table, 0.2303, sig value 0.000 <0.05, and t count 6.768> t table 1.993, and shows a significant relationship between teacher professional development and teacher teaching performance. 3) the pedagogical competence and professional development of teachers both have a positive and significant relationship with teacher teaching performance, with a value of multiple meanings 0.726> r table 0.232 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, and F count 39.035> F table 3, 12.
