Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji hubungan insentip dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1 ). Untuk mengetahui hubungan insetif dengan kinerja pada guru madrasah diniyah di lingkungan kota Cilegon. 2 ). Untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja dan kinerja gurudi lingkungan kota Cilegon. 3 ). Untuk mengetahui hubungan insebtip dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru secara bersama -sama. Hal ini di simpulkan dengan hasil perhitungan ry.12 = 0,655 yang dinyatakan dalam persamaa regresi linear ganda Ý = 144,316 + 0.100X1 + 0,121X2. Sedangkan koefesien determinasi sebesar 42,9. Hal di simpulkan insentif memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dan motivasi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi insentif dengan kinerja guru sebesar 33 %. parsial diperoleh melalui pengontrolan yaitu antara X1 dengan Y dalam keadaan konstan adalah sebesar 0,36 artinya insentif akan meningkat sebesar 33 % terhadap kinerja guru pengontrolan sebesar 36 %.

Human resources are one of the assets that determine organizational effectiveness and productivity. The success of all types of organizations basically depends on the expertise and abilities of the teachers who shape it. resources owned by an organization such as capital, methods and cannot provide optimum results f it is not supported by human resources that have optimum performance. The purpose of this study is to: 1 ). To find out the insertive relationship with the performance of madrasa diniyah teachers in the city of Cilegon. 2 ). To find out the partial relationship between incentives and performance on madrasa diniyah teachers in the city of Cilegon. 3 ). To find out the elationship of work motivation ,. The research method used was a survey method with path analysis technique. The sample of this study was a andom sample of 30 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using the SPSS program. The esults showed the results showed that there was an influence between he incentive and the teacher's performance, ry1 = 0.57 expressed in the orm of a simple linear regression equation Ŷ = 152.597 + 0.128X1 and a coefficient of determination of 0.33. This shows that the contribution of ncentives to teacher performance was 33%. partial is obtained through control that is between X1 and Y in a constant state of 0.36 meaning that ncentives will increase by 33% on the performance of the controlling eacher by 36%.
