Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empirik dan menganalisis pengaruh jaringan sosial terhadap orientasi kewirausahaan, pengaruh kapabilitas perusahaan terhadap orientasi kewirausahaan, pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pemasar-an, pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap krnerja inovasi dan pengaruh kinerja movasi terhadap krnerja pernasaran. Dengan mengambil cakupan desa Kadugenep, sebagai sentra industri kreatif di Kabupaten Serang, sebagai ruang lingkup wilayah yang akan diteliti. Penelitian mi menggunakan pendekatan hipotetika — deskriptif. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan yaitu probability sampling. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada pemilik UMKM, pengelola UMICM dan pemilik sekaligus pengelola UMKM. Kriteria pengambilan sampel adalah jumlah tenaga kerja minimal 3 orang termasuk anggota keluarga, umur perusahaan minimal 2 tahun. Data yang dapat digunakan daiam penelitian dengan data isian yang lengkap dan sesuai kriteria penelitian sebanyak 70 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian mi adalah Partial Least Squares-&ruktural Equation Mkflng (PLS-SEM) dengan 3.0 yang diaplikasikan unWk menganalisis data dan jalur pemodelan dengan variabel laten. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwajaringan sosial dan kapabilitas perusahaan mempengaruhi pengembangan orientasi kewirausahaan dan kinerja inovasi semua mempengaruhi kinerja pemasaran. Selain itu hasil indirect effect untuk kinerja inovasi T-statistik signifikan pada 5.324> 1.96, yang berarti kinerja inovasi dapat menjadi variabel mediator secara parsial (partial mediaton) untuk hubungan orientasi kewirausahaan dan kinerja pemasaran.

Additional Information: The purpose of this research is to perform empirical test and analyze the influence of social network on entrepreneurial orientation, the influence of company’s capability on entrepreneurial orientation, the influence of entrepreneUrial orientation on marketing performance, the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on innovation performance, and the influence of innovation performance on marketing performance. The research was done by taking samples from Kadugenep village as the center of creative industries in district of Serang. This research used hypothetical — descriptive approach. The sampling technique used is probability sampling which was conducted to gain, the data from SMEs owners, SMEs managers, and people who happened to be the owner as well as the manager of SMEs. The criterion of samples are the company has at least 3 workers including family members and it has established for at least 2 years. The data that can be used in the research along with the entry data which are completed and suitable with the scoring criteria reached the amount of 70 respondents. The analytical method used in this research are Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and Smart PLS 3.0 that were applied to analyze the data and path modeling with latent variables Based on the analysis, result shows that social network and company’s capability are influencing the development of entrepreneurial orientation and all of innovation performance is influencing the marketing performance. Furthermore, the indirect effect result of innovation performance is significance at T-statistics 5.324> 1.96, which means innovation performance can be the mediator variable partially (partial mediation) for the relation of entrepreneurial orientation and marketing performance.
