Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal sosial terhadap keunggulan bersaing Karyawan, pengaruh kompetensi terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan pengaruh komitmen terhadap keunggulan bersaing studi kasus pada UMKM makanan dan olahan hasil laut kecamatan Pontang. Populasi penelitian pelaku UMKM sebanyak 100 orang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 91 orang, yang diambil dengan metode Proportionale Stratified Random Sampling. Alat yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data penelitian adalah daftar pertanyaan atau kuesioner. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan, bahwa : (1) modal sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing (2) kompetensi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing (3) Employee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing

Additional Information: | This study aims to analyze the effect of social capital on employee competitive advantage, the influence of competency on competitive advantage and the influence of commitment to competitive advantage case studies on food and processed seafood products in Pontang sub-district. The research population of MSMEs is 100 people. The research sample was 91 people, which were taken using the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling method.
