Abstract
Sejak adanya otonomi daerah dalam Undang-Undang No. 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintah Daerah, setiap daerah diwajibkan untuk segera meningkatkan pelayanan, pemberdayaan dan peran masyarakat agar terwujudnya kesejahteraan masyarakat. Salah satunya adalah dengan memanfaatkan e-government yang telah di terapkan oleh Dinas Tenaga dan Transmigrasi Kota Tangerang dalam bentuk Bursa Kerja Online (BKOL). Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Evaluasi Sistem Informasi Model DeLone dan McLean. Metode Penelitian yg digunakan yaitu kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan Angket. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan, pertama sistem Bursa Kerja Online berhasil dalam melakukan pelayan bagi para pencari kerja dalam mencari pekerjaan. Kedua, Masalah yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini ialah adanya kerusakan website Bursa Kerja Online (BKOL) yang membutuhkan waktu lama dalam perbaikannya dikarenakan kurangnya tenaga ahli IT. Ketiga, mayoritas responden merasa puas dan merasa terbantu dengan adanya sistem Bursa Kerja Online (BKOL) dalam mencari informasi lowongan pekerjaan.

| Additional Information: | Since the existence of regional autonomy in Law No. 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government, each region is required to immediately improve services, empowerment and the role of the community in order to realize community welfare. One way is to take advantage of e-government that has been implemented by the Tangerang City Manpower and Transmigration Office is Bursa Kerja Online (BKOL). This study uses the DeLone and McLean Model Information System Evaluation theory. The research method used is quantitative. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and Questionnaire. The results of this study can be concluded, first the Bursa Kerja Online (BKOL) succeeded in doing service for job seekers in finding work. Second, the problem found in this research is the Bursa Kerja Online’s website damaged, It takes a long time to repair because it requires IT experts. Third, the majority of respondents felt satisfied and felt helped by the existence of Bursa Kerja Online (BKOL) system in finding information on job vacancies.
