Abstract
Acute Myocardial Infarction is an event of reduced blood flow in the coronary caused by a blockage in the coronary arteries, acute blockage occurs because of atherosclerosis in the walls of the coronary arteries, thus blocking blood flow to the heart muscle tissue. The priority nursing problem that arises in stemi is acute pain caused by chest pain. Based on these problems, emergency care is needed to overcome so that the disease does not become life-threatening. Emergency care is a nursing action given to prevent disability or death in patients. The writing of this scientific paper uses descriptive research methods in the form of case studies with a nursing care approach that includes assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. | Additional Information: | Infark Miokard Akut adalah suatu kejadian berkurangnya aliran darah di koroner disebabkan karena adanya sumbatan pada arteri koroner , sumbatan akut terjadi adanya arterosklerosik pada dinding arteri koroner sehingga menyumbat aliran darah ke jaringan otot jantung. Masalah keperawatan prioritas yang muncul pada stemi adalah nyeri akut yang disebabkan oleh nyeri dada. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka diperlukannya asuhan gawat darurat untuk mengatasi agar penyakit tersebut tidak sampai mengancam jiwa. Asuhan gawat darurat adalah tindakan keperawatan yang diberikan untuk mencegah kecacatan maupun kematian pada pasien. Penulisan karya tulis ilmiah ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi.
